Leadership Experiences

Leadership development is a highly personal learning experience that can provide new and relevant insights into one’s strengths as a leader as well as the key areas to work on for further development. The key word being ‘personal’.

With our Leadership Experiences, we seek to provide your teams with the appropriate and effective tools to assess their personality traits that play a key role in the way individuals interact and function in a team.

We have adopted three models/profiling tools:
        1)    5 Dysfunctions of a Team
        2)    Belbin Team Roles
        3)    Total Team Analyzer

We have designed the above programs in three phases-
        ·         Outbound session: teams participate in set of activities where we observe their behaviors and identify their roles
        ·         Classroom session: a presentation where teams understand the profile tool theoretically
        ·         Inventory session: individuals must take a personality test/assessment that determines their personal attributes
 


Our forte being experiential learning, we have created a blended product of these three methods that provide a detailed understanding of ourselves and our team.
